PhyMed Healthcare Group, a large Anesthesia practice, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing practice in Nashville, TN. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an integral role in identifying quality, driven candidates with PhyMed’s key business markets in multiple states. They will be primarily responsible for building a continuous candidate pipeline for clinical roles within PhyMed, completing initial screenings for nursing candidates, and interviewing office-based roles including IT and Finance. 

1. Partnerwith Talent Acquisition lead to enhance the candidate pipeline strategy forclinical roles, specifically nurses.
2. Communicatewith and track potential applicants found at conferences, school visits, andother events about job opportunities at PhyMed in multiple states.
3. Managepipeline database and provide reporting as needed.
4. ReviewCVs (resumes) and conduct phone screenings as needed for clinical roles.
5. Partnerwith hiring managers to source, interview, and select candidates foroffice-based roles including IT and Finance.
6. Attendlocal and national conference exhibitor events as needed.

1. BachelorDegree from an accredited program required, preferably in Human Resources.
2. Minimumof 1-2 years in Recruiting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
3. Experienceusing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required.
4. Excellentorganizational skills required.
5. Excellentverbal and non-verbal communication needed.
6. Abilityto work in a team environment
