We are looking for a housekeeping supervisor to manage between 8 and 12 employees at a nursing home and ensure that the residents and staff have a clean and sanitized place to live/work. It is a very friendly building that prioritizes top of the line care and treatment to residents and staff. We offer great support and training, and are looking for a people person who wants to make a positive impact on others on a daily basis. The responsibilities include:

• Creating weekly work schedules
• Ordering supplies
• Performing daily quality inspections
• Hiring/firing employees
• Training and in-services
• Jumping in to help clean or run machines when needed when needed and willing to go off the job description occasionally!

We are looking for a motivated person that has a passion for people and takes pride in their work. Preferably the candidate will have some sort of management and/or cleaning experience in their background, but a willingness to learn and grow is preferred over everything.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $900.00 per week
