PHP of Alabama has an immediate opening for a QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional) to serve individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. The QIDP is needed to coordinate the habilitation process for assigned individuals and to assure that each individual’s quality of care, services, and training is provided in accordance with Federal and State Standards. Must have excellent writing and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Behavioral field from an approved, regionally accredited college or university required.
  • One or more years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of previous supervisory experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years
  • Background, TB test & drug screening required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
