Job description
Join us on an exhilarating journey, combining your passion for sales and photography with the excitement of youth sports. Our photographers travel across the country covering youth sports tournaments for 2-3 days, on average. From cityscapes to countryside, We capture memories through unforgettable posed photos of the teams at these tournaments and sell them to parents/guardians. We're looking for charismatic team members who love to travel and can work all-day tournaments.
*Make up to $35 an hour, after training, with performance bonus. Base rate is $17 per hour
*Bilingual Pay Available
*Opportunity to travel to different cities/states!
About PhotoMules
We're a sports photography company based in Austin, TX. Our team travels nationwide to provide the highest quality team photos to our customers at every level of youth sports. We are passionate about sports photography and leaving customers with lasting memories that are available instantly via our on-site printing and framing services, allowing parents to take home these memories from their tournament.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Team Member you will be responsible for duties including but not limited to sales, customer service, photography, and event setup/takedown. Other duties may be assigned as determined by event Team Leader, District Manager, and other PhotoMules Leadership.
Specific duties will include:
-Photography and editing of team photos
-In person sales with parents/guardians
-Traveling to tournaments
-Event setup and breakdown
-Being a team player
Skills and Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking to daily tasks
- Ability to work outside in hot/humid weather and be on your feet for a long period of time two or three days in a row, walking up to 10 miles per day (Great exercise!!! What we pay you and you Stay Fit!!!!)
Available to work on the weekends (Friday-Sunday)
Must have a valid drivers license
