We are currently looking for a knowledgeable person with experience in data entry and computer applications in general. We use a property management software called Appfolio. The ideal candidate should have the ability to type quickly, manage multiple tasks, learn software's quickly, and be extremely dependable.

Job Description

• Assist with the invoice approval process for our 3 Arizona Apartment Complex's

-This consists of contacting apartment managers and requesting pictures of the completed work to compare to the invoices and attach in Appfolio. From there

• Collect lien waivers & other documents from vendors that complete large projects.
• Enter invoices into our management software ( Appfolio ).
• Compare the invoices with approved estimates and contracts (Make sure there are no discrepancies).
• Contact vendors for insurance & tax documentation etc.
• Be present on weekly team meetings.
• Prepare and analyze the reports for ownership.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work/ be trained with the following software's : Appfolio, Excel & Gmail.
• Have basic knowledge of computers and programs like Word, Excel, Email, Teams.
• Property management experience is a huge plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
