This fast-paced role will place you at the center of our mission to revolutionize rare earth metal production. We utilize next-generation molten salt electrolysis systems, and you'll collaborate closely with our team to optimize these for maximum efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, from monitoring processes to harvesting metal products. Your focus will be maximizing metal yield, ensuring consistent high-quality products, and minimizing waste - all while prioritizing a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in overseeing daily molten salt electrolysis operations, monitoring and recording critical process parameters. 
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities to keep our systems running smoothly. 
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and contribute to basic troubleshooting efforts, supporting a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Develop and implement control procedures to consistently maintain high product quality standards. 
  • Harvest metal product following established safety protocols, demonstrating physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs. 
  • Collaborate effectively with maintenance technicians to support equipment repairs and ensure timely resolution of malfunctions. 
  • Play a vital role in safety by participating in the development and implementation of protocols, fostering a safe work environment for everyone. 
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate reports with guidance from senior engineers, contributing to clear and concise documentation. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related field (recent graduates are welcome to join our team!). 
  • 0-2 years of experience in a production environment (or strong internship experience is a plus). 
  • Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. 
  • Basic understanding of chemical engineering principles and data analysis. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members. 
  • Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 40 lbs safely is a must.
