We are a well-established, full service staffing agency in Findlay, Ohio and looking to add an energetic, detail-oriented individual to fill a Staffing Coordinator role. You would be responsible for identifying and matching qualified candidates to a wide range of our job opportunities and then managing employees after they are placed on the job. Responsibilities:

• Screen and interview potential candidates for clerical, light industrial and technical roles
• Provide timely feedback and follow up to clients regarding their staffing needs
• Administer assessments to identify specific skills in potential candidates
• Provide coaching and counselling to employees to ensure they are successful
• Build and maintain successful client relationships
• Other duties as needed

Qualified candidates will have outstanding communication skills and proven working experience in a professional environment. You must also be able to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency. Strong data entry and MS Office skills also required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.25 per hour
