Phoenix Services is Hiring a Bilingual Receptionist Near Jonesboro, GA
spanish and english speaking receptionist, whose duties will be;
- greet and welcome guests
- direct visitors to appropriate person
- answer, screen and forward calls accordingly
- ensure reception is tidy and presentable
- take payments in person and over the phone
- receive mail and distribute
- keep office supplies inventory and restock when necessary
- perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
