Phoenix Refrigeration is seeking an Administrative-Accounting support role to support our Grand Rapids branch office. The ideal candidate will be flexible, collaborative and approach their work and interactions with a positive mindset. Business, administrative and accounting experience is a plus. We are willing to invest and train the right person.

Administrative-Accounting support person responsibilities:

• Assist in managing incoming customer service request phone calls.
• Input new customer service requests into service software platform
• Reconciling digital documentation for invoicing and purchase orders.
• Generate customer invoicing and submission to third party service providers.
• Generate customer invoicing and submission to direct service customers.
• Customer information updates and maintenance in service software platform.
• Assist with Asset and Equipment lists input for client sites.
• Assist with inventory counts/maintenance.

Desired Experience/Personal Ideation:

• Accounts receivable experience
• Understanding of basic accounting procedures
• Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with business account software
• Researching skills and a desire to find the answer.
• Customer service assistance and good communication skills is a plus.
• Analytical mindset
