Immediate opening for a full-time experienced Leasing Agent for a 336 unit apartment complex in Glendale. Our office is open 6 days per week, so we need someone with a flexible schedule who is available Saturdays.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with on site operations

- Handle all details of Move Ins, Move Outs, giving special attention to apartment inspection check-ins and check-outs.

- Maintain resident records in One-Site.

- Assist Manager with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits, petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal, etc.

- Work with established budget and notify the Property Owner of any possible variations.

- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by owners.

- Handle lease negotiations and renewals.

- Show apartments to perspective residents.

- Work with maintenance team on work orders & make ready process

- Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.

- Assist Manager with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.

- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma

- 1 year experience in property management.

- Math skills -- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compare rate, ratio, and percentages and interpret basic graphs.

- Reasoning Skills -- Ability to carry out detailed, written or oral instructions with commonsense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve variables in situations.

- Computer Skills -- Experience with MS Office Applications. One-Site Experience Preferred

Base pay is $18.00-20.00 per hour DOE, plus we offer leasing bonuses, paid holidays, and PTO.
