### Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

### Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update medical/dental information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

### Requirements:

- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
