Phoenix Metals is a leading manufacturer in the HVAC industry. We are looking to add a billing specialist to our growing team. Our intent is to train and advance this position to support our sales staff with various duties including contract billing, project estimates and material price quotes. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and grow within our organization.

Duties include:
- Process and analyzation of billing documents related to specific customers and projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with billing policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for billing purposes
- Provide support in financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry
- Understanding of financial concepts and terminology
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.82 - $25.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
