Graphic Designer Position

As a Phoenix Marketing Services Graphic Designer, you'll produce compelling point-of-sale materials that adhere to brand guidelines and customer specifications. Starting with established templates, you'll tailor designs to meet each customer’s unique needs, giving you a chance to flex your creative muscles while following established branding strategies.

This is more than an entry-level position – it's the launchpad for your design career. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite and a desire to grow their skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, adhering to client instructions and deadlines.
  • Uphold the high standard of work quality and deliver creative solutions in a timely manner.
  • Champion the customer service experience, anticipating needs, offering innovative alternatives and crafting solutions that resonate with clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required
  • Previous graphic design experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in customer service will be advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and accountable
  • Adept at solving problems creatively.
  • Can work under pressure with the ability to meet quick deadlines
