Soar with team Phoenix! This position is responsible for Coordinating Home Health Referrals, working with the sales and marketing team and the local operations team.

Responsibilities
- Processing and coordinating referrals for Home Health.
- Working with our sales and marketing team.
- Work with and maintain open communications with our local operations team.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide resolutions
- Highly Organized & Detail Oriented and Flexible.
- Communication with operations staff
- Other duties as set forth by supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous Medical staffing and scheduling, experience is a plus.
- Must have a minimum basic knowledge of keyboarding, personal computers, and Microsoft Office (including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
- Must be strong in customer service.
- Must have a strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate well; both verbally and in writing.
- Must be reliable, have a great attitude, and possess a strong work-ethic.
- Must be detailed, accurate, organized and have the ability to multi-task.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in general office setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology a definite plus!
