Phoenix Heat Treating is Hiring a Material Handler Near Phoenix, AZ
- As a Material Handler, you are the heartbeat of our operations. You make it all happen! There is never a typical day at Phoenix Heat Treating because each day is dynamic. Some of the things you may be asked to do in any given day include but are not limited to;
- Perform various material handling activities including receiving orders, building/breaking down loads, cleaning parts, and packaging orders
- Participate in daily huddles to ensure top-tier communication and coordination within the team
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- You know you are WINNING with the following outcomes are achieved
1. Executes tasks with accuracy in a timely manner.
2.Supports needs of entire team.
3. Knowledge of handling techniques.
4. Maintains tooling and equipment.
- 2 positions are open,
- First is Monday through Thursday 5am to 3:30pm
- Second is Monday through Thursday 1pm to 1:30 pm

You Bring
- A High School Education/GED minimum.
- Proficiency in technology, including Bluestreak and SharePoint.
- Stellar communication skills, with fluency in English.
- A knack for solving practical problems and making data-driven decisions.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
