Phoenix Behavioral Health is hiring for a Full Time Partial Care Coordinator for our partial day program in our Ewing location. This role will oversees the day to day operations of partial care which is a community based model of mental health and addiction treatment providing Monday-Friday group services, and case management. Job responsibilities include supervision of case managers, completion of intakes, coordination with referral agencies, program development, interface with our billing and insurance authorization company, staff utilization, client engagement, coordination with our transportation coordinator, psych scheduler, admissions department, and medical team. Looking for a positive, passionate person to lead this team and be a resource to our Ewing location and back up to our IOP/PHP program supervisor as needed. Experience within Partial Care is preferred. Bachelors degree is required.
