Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and areas of concern.2. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention plans to support students' academic and social-emotional needs.4. Offer guidance and consultation to teachers and parents regarding students' psychological and learning needs.5. Conduct group counseling sessions to address recurring issues or specific student populations.6. Participate in the development and implementation of behavioral management programs.7. Help create a positive and inclusive school environment through initiatives such as anti-bullying campaigns and social-emotional learning programs.8. Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' special education needs.9. Stay up to date on research and best practices in the field of school psychology.10. Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.Qualifications:1. Master's or Doctoral degree in school psychology or a related field.2. State certification/licensure as a school psychologist3. Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing counseling services to students.4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.6.
