Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications, including I.V. fluids, and performs treatments
• Assesses residents’ physical, medical, and emotional needs
• Records resident conditions electronically, develop and revise care plan as
• Accompanies and assists physician on rounds
• Oversees the care delivery of assigned nursing unit
• Reports pertinent information to the unit manager or supervisor
• Demonstrates knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and incompatibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in related positions preferred.
• Supervisory skills sufficient to manage a small group of employees
