Responsibilities for a COTA with Phoebe Richland:
To implement Occupational Therapy services for patient and clients under the supervision of an occupational therapist (OTR/L). Those services include standard assessment, treatment, and documentation.Requirements for a COTA with Phoebe Richland:
- Graduate of an AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) approved OTA Educational Program.
- Successfully completed fieldwork requirements; current licensure in Pennsylvania; CPR certified.
- Through knowledge of Principles and Practice of Occupational Therapy; effectiveness in assessing resident needs and in providing care and support to a geriatric population on an in or outpatient basis under the direction of OTR/L.
- Successful candidates are those who thrive in a positive and respectful Customer Driven Culture and exemplify the organization’s Faith in Action Mission, Vision, and Values.
