Pho Lang Thang/Lang Thang Whip in Cincinnati, OH is looking for one customer service forward individual to join our team. We are located on 1828 Race St.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Located just outside ofFindlay Market, Lang Thang Whip is our Asian inspired soft serve concept connected our restaurant Pho Lang Thang that is serving up classic Vietnamese dishes in a lively atmosphere.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assumes responsibility for quality of products served.
• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, quality standards and proper presentation
• Preps, stocks and maintains sufficient levels of products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
• Follow inventory controls, company rules, restaurant cleanliness and safety standards are being met to ensure the safety of our guest.
• Keep a good work environment with a positive attitude and help fellow team members as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.

WORKING EXPECTATIONS:

We expect all of our team members to act in a professional and respectful manner that represents the restaurant and staff well. This includes demonstrating teamwork in all areas of the restaurant and working with a positive attitude in all situations. We can achieve this by communicating clearly with managers and team members. All team members are to follow safety and sanitation rules and laws at all times. This position will require you to lift up to 50 pounds.
