Pho Ever in Alhambra, CA is looking for servers/waitstaff to join our team!

***LOOKING FOR AM SHIFT AVAILABILITY 11AM-3PM .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take orders from customers
- Answer questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions
- Give customers suggestions for food and drinks and tell them about any special menu items
- Serve nonalcoholic/alcholic beverages and deliver food to customers
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Process customer payments
- Remove dirty dishes from tables to avoid clutter while customers are eating
- Clean tables after customers have finished their meals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service industry preferred but not required
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
