Phix-it Phill LLC is Hiring an Appliance technician Near Jacksonville, FL

```Duties```
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various household appliance systems, including refrigerators
- Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with equipment to determine the best course of action for repairs
- Install new household appliance systems and ensure they are properly functioning
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician in the small appliance industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of household appliances
- Experience with refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
- Familiarity with plumbing systems is beneficial

Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical information clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts or overtime as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.15 - $23.07 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Schedule:

  • On call
  • Weekends as needed
  • Year round work

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Ability to Relocate:

  • Jacksonville, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
