- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician in the small appliance industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of household appliances
- Experience with refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
- Familiarity with plumbing systems is beneficial
