PHIT is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Riverdale, GA
Position Overview:
- Manage a gym prospect list and reach out to schedule tours.
- Present the benefits of PHIT membership during tours and interactions with prospective members.
- Give tours to potential new members, make membership sales, and get new members booked for a Smart Start.
- Provide new and existing members with a complimentary Smart Start.
- Coordinate and conduct Smart Start sessions for new members to introduce them to the gym's equipment, programs, and services.
- Greet all members enthusiastically as they walk into the gym, and make an effort to learn client names.
- Answer phone calls and handle client and potential member questions.
- Educate new and existing members about all PHIT products and services.
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Outwardly facing professional appearance.
- Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict.
- CPR/AED with Basic First Aid certification.
- Sales Experience.
- Stand long periods of time.
- Daily walking, lifting, bending, squatting, and reaching.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Clear diction and acute hearing are necessary for effective communication over gym sounds and music.
- Good manual dexterity is required for computer use, phone calls, and paperwork.
- Monthly base salary.
