Qualifications • Must possess a current NYS RN License and registration • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS/BSW) from a four-year college or university with a major in nursing with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience • minimum of four (4) years' experience and/or training in assessing, and providing health care related services to the geriatric population in a health care, home care or residential facility and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • MS Office Required | Responsibilities • This role will work closely with the multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, timely and appropriate levels of services are provided to our residents • This role will report to the Director of Nursing and will join the QPI team to support the facility’s leadership and staff with risk management throughout the organization Benefits • Competative Salary $130K • HEALTH & INSURANCE BENEFITS* • Medical and Prescription Drug • Additional Life Insurance options for the employee and family members • Additional Disability options • 401K Plan • Large amount of Paid Time Off |
