Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
2. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with addresses, directions, and other information.
3. Greet and welcome on-site visitors
4. Receive sort and route mail.
5. Assist nursing with any residents, staff, and/or visitors who are acting in a manner that threatens the safety of the resident or any other person.
6. Immediately respond to any alarms or requests for emergency assistance from staff.
7. Be alert at all times for any unsafe conditions that could put the residents, staff, and/or visitors at risk.
