• Ensure that all PSI safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met.
• Assist procurement and purchasing in their daily production support activities.
• Create and/or modify reports.
• Input data into ERP/SAP program and PSI’s scheduling software Primavera P6.
• Produce Material Expedite Report.
• Support department in miscellaneous projects.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTY

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Degree or GED Equivalent
• Preferred College Majors: Business or Supply Chain Management
• Beginner - Limited or no previous work experience/first Co-op
• Intermediate - Some related work or volunteer experience/second Co-op
• Advanced - Previous related work experience/final Co-op
• MS Office

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Environmental exposures are similar to those found in most heavy industrial settings and may include noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, fumes and smoke. Work may be carried on indoors or outdoors, and may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions.
