Phillips Corporation, a global supplier of manufacturing technology products and services, is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Parts Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong and loyal relationships with our customers. Partnering with our customers and suppliers to improve competencies for applying manufacturing technology, and making sure all customers are operating at optimal performance.
Key responsibilities include :
- Develop a high performance working relationship with my team members, team leader and every partner in our organization, to build a strong support team.
- Working closely with the service department to serve our customers in the best possible way, creating Legendary Customer Service.
- Educating our customers on all the Phillips solutions available leading to the best support for our customer.
- Being a master user of all modules in Microsoft D365, CRM and SAP (Haas portal).
If you love to provide world class customer service in a fast-paced environment, and have strong computer skills with MS Office, any ERP and / or CRM software, this maybe your ideal position.
We are looking for candidates who love to problem solve, are resourceful and have great phone skills.
Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $40,000.
