Sales Representative Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to establish good working relationships with clients and co-workers.
• Proven sales and relationship management success as well as marketing abilities.
• Ability to meet sales targets and bring in new customers to the company.
• Developing client leads through community engagement, cold calling, referral relationships, electronic and personal communication and any additional strategies proven to be effective. 
• Meeting sales goals agreed to on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. 
• Professionally delivering client presentations; successfully explaining products and services as well as introducing new products, services, and program enhancements. 
• Maintaining current in-depth knowledge of product lines and industry trends. 
• Ability and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• The ability to prioritize and be proactive.
• Willingness to establish new relationships with the intent of growing business.
• Position requires the candidate pass a background check and drug screenings.
