Job Summary :

Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort is seeking a skilled Paint-less Dent Repair Technician to join our team in Frankfort, Illinois.

This position is a full-time, hourly job in the auto industry, and will require you to use your expertise to repair dents without compromising the vehicle's original paint job.

We're looking for paint-less dent repair technicians with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.

As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to work independently while also being a part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect and evaluate vehicles for paint-less dent repair
• Use specialized tools to carefully manipulate and remove dents without damaging the vehicle's paint
• Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels
• Repair dents on various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs
• Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in paint-less dent repair
• In-depth knowledge of dent repair techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever changing production and team environment
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non slip shoes, gloves, mask and other protective garments and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
