About Us:

Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $20 million in revenue per year. We are currently a small team of 10 people. We have a GREAT work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and help assist the project manager. As the team runner, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects by providing support in various tasks including property visits, taking images of the property, lockbox management, walkthroughs, and project status updates.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Traveling to project job sites to take images of the exterior and interior features, concerns, and points of reference.

- Conduct regular visits to properties to assess progress and identify any issues or concerns.

- Take lockboxes to properties.

- Provide regular updates on project status to the project manager and team during team meetings.

- Completing walk-throughs at the end of the project to ensure quality control.

As a team runner, we expect you to have strong communication skills to work with the project manager and the team leaders. Adaptability and flexibility are key as you navigate changing project requirements, while attention to detail ensures thorough documentation and accurate reporting. You would be expected to uphold professionalism, integrity, and safety standards at all times, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our projects and team.

Pay Structure

This salaried position offers a competitive range of $40,000-$50,000, which is contingent upon the level of experience and skills you bring to the role. Vehicle expenses and gas will be provided for travel to job sites on top of the annual salary. As you grow within this position, it presents an exciting pathway leading into a Project Manager role, providing ample opportunities for professional development and advancement.
