The right candidate will be responsible for pre-hanging interior and exterior doors for customers, while also collaborating with other team members to guarantee accuracy and quality. The position is a general labor position focused primarily in our building department, with potential to work with other departments within the Company. About Phillip Elenbaas Millwork

Phillip Elenbaas Millwork (PEM) was established in 1990 by Phillip Elenbaas in Walker, Michigan. We added our Harbor Springs, MI plant in 2006, and expanded again in November 2016 with our Traverse City plant. Our goal is always to provide the highest quality moldings and finishings with hundreds of different profiles.

Duties:

.Prepare Auto Cad drawings for customer sign off and for CNC use.

.Program and set up\ run CNC using Fusion 360 choosing the correct tooling and most efficient tool paths

. Keep area neat and organized

Customer Service

· Central moving part of the customer service experience ensuring their order is processed accurately, timely and exceeding quality standards

· Assist all other departments throughout the customer service process from order placement to shipping, if necessary

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills

. Fusion 360

. C.R. Onsrud CNC

· Entrepreneurial spirit

· High school degree or GED

· Prior experience in woodwork/carpentry preferred

· The ability to push and pull up to 40 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
