Job Description

Answering and routing phone calls in accordance with office policies. -Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customers.

  • Registering and scheduling patient / client appointments. -Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
  • Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. -Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications : -High School Diploma -Written and verbal communication skills-Customer service-Multitasking and prioritizing-Dependability -3 years of experience-Must have a firm understanding of ICD and CPT codes.
