Non-exempt/hourly (eligible for overtime)

Starting pay is commensurate with experience

About Rolling Wedge LLC.: Rolling Wedge, LLC. is a company comprised of a highly skilled team of Engineers, Metallurgists and Business Development Specialists based out of Peoria, Illinois. The Rolling Wedge cutter is a fundamentally different way to enhance existing trenchers, planers, and rock saws, amongst other equipment that is used to cut through difficult terrain. About the Position: We have an opportunity open for a Rolling Wedge Production Coordinator & General Administrative Assistant. (full-time, first shift) to join our team! This position will provide administrative support to the Director, interact with customers, and provide high levels of product support..

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates & reports at least weekly to Director of Rolling Wedge, LLC. status of weekly activity.
  • Oversees Rolling Wedge LLC pictures & video files for internal and external purposes, including for use on the Company website.
  • Attends trade shows / events as requested by management, which may include traveling to event location, setting up and tearing down the trade show booth, performing administrative responsibilities, interacting with customers, and acting as a Company representative.
  • Creates and Coordinates Rolling Wedge LLC document flow: including creating sales and order processing paperwork and ensures review of key documents for the Director.
  • Perform administrative duties for Director as needed, e.g. note-taking, filing, label creation, scanning.
  • Prepares and monitors the Director's calendars.
  • Assists in keeping Rolling Wedge databases, websites and apps updated

Experience Required:

  • 2-Year degree or certificate in a program or major relative to the position OR High School diploma (or equivalent) AND 2 years related experience in an industry relative to the Company OR 4 years related experience in an industry relative to the Company
  • Willingness to accommodate planned travel to various destinations for training and job-related errands and events
  • Has the ability and workstyle that anticipates needs of others
  • Clear, confident and engaging communication style
