FP&A Senior Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: 

vybe urgent care is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to work with our finance and operations teams in the greater Philadelphia area. This fast-paced position and dynamic environment requires a candidate who is able to demonstrate strong technical, organizational and project management skills as well as a flexible and collaborative style. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conducting variance and fluctuation analysis over the P&L.
• Partner with the Accounting team during the close process to identify revenue and cost shortfalls.
• Developing budgets, tracking against plan, and reporting monthly results.
• Developing long and short-term financial forecasts and cash flows.
• Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
• Assists with the preparation and completion of external and internal reporting packages.
• Gathering, inputting, and monitoring data for payroll processing and accuracy.
• Supports managers in tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as requested.
• Participates in audits and analysis of contracts.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as other government regulations.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Participates in special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills. 
• System Knowledge: Sage Intacct, ADP, athenaOne
• Knowledge of Tableau a plus
• Knowledgeable with accounting principles, budgeting/forecast and report preparation 
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting financial statements, including balance sheet, income statements and cash flows statements.
• Strong financial modeling skills required.
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting
• Strong ‘athlete’, self-motivated, flexible work style more important than specific experience.
• Healthcare services experience a plus.
• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills
• Strong organization and project management skills

Work Environment: This position is a hybrid of work from home and in -office work. The employee will be required to travel within the greater Philadelphia region to visit centers and attend meetings. The company will provide home office set-up as needed as it does for other work from home employees. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The employee may be exposed to infectious or contagious diseases and a variety of electromechanical hazards. The employee may also handle emergency and/or crisis situations.
