How It Works

• Flexible scheduling: Work between 15-50 hours per week, choose your working days, and adjust availability when needed.
• Opportunity to work with multiple families weekly, with the chance for families to request you as their primary caregiver.

Compensation And Benefits

• Earning potential up to $18 per hour along with healthcare support benefits.
• Weekly direct deposit pay.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience (excluding family or friends) post High School graduation with verifiable references.
• Willingness to commute up to 45 minutes on certain days.
• Availability for at least 2 days a week (Mon-Fri).
• Openness to varied working hours between 7 am and 7 pm with prior notice.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Experience working with infants to school-aged children.
• Comfortable with smartphone app usage and texting.

Upon Hiring

• Authorization to work in the US.
• Infant & Child CPR/First Aid certification (PNN will cover costs for certification or re-certification).
• Completion of an online Orientation.
