Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Registered Nurse - Home Health, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their overall well-being
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and wound assessment
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of FLORIDA
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ophthalmology, physiology, hospice palliative medicine, neonatal ventilators, dementia care, family planning, airway management, health coaching, catheterization, and durable medical equipment (DME)
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation for home visits
