Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and assisting with various medical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office procedures, experience administering injections, and knowledge of discharge planning.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and assist physicians with medical procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Assist with discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for patients
- Perform IV insertions and monitor IV infusion as needed
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in [state]
- Proven experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding and medical office procedures
- Experience administering injections and performing IV insertions
- Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
- Experience in sonography or other specialized areas is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
