**Outside Sales Representative**
We are seeking a high-energy, passionate, and customer-focused professional sales representative to assist us in growing our business-to-business membership sales in this specific territory. The candidate will be involved in both warm-lead follow-up, cold calls, and prospecting. This position has uncapped commissions with income potential depending on your level of success! Base Commission Bonus.
Key responsibilities include:
* Build strong and successful long-lasting relationships with new customers
* Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
* Analyze prospective customers' needs and meet those needs via proposals, negotiations and business contracts
* Schedule and complete weekly prospecting activities to include cold calling and tele-prospecting with key decision makers
* Educate customers on how our products and services can benefit them financially and professionally
* Achieve annual sales targets and average weekly revenue quotas on a consistent basis
* Implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales for each individual customer
* Ensure the successful installation and transition of accounts to the service team to include accurate and timely completion of all contracts
* Collaborate with marketing department to expand brand presence through appropriate marketing materials
* Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
* Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including visits, calls, orders, sales, lost business and any customer relationship problems
* Develop new business leads through networking and research
Skills & Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and overcome obstacles
* Enthusiastic drive to succeed with obvious confidence and competitive nature
* Solid prospecting abilities & excellent customer relationship skills
* Skillful negotiation, presentation, closing, abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to travel frequently within territory to meet face to face with customers
* Exceptional time management skills
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School/GED Required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
* 2-3 years B2B outside sales experience; industry experience a plus
* Experience with salesforce.com or other sales database systems preferred
