GROUNDSKEEPER
The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the property during all seasons. Primary duties include mowing, snow removal, landscape maintenance, trash collection, removal of leaves and debris, and other special projects as assigned.
A successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable and will take pride in maintaining the grounds so that it is always safe and presentable for our employees and guests.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

POSITION DETAILS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is a FIVE DAY work week but is weather dependent which could lead to OT / weekend work. Work schedule will require availability for snow and ice removal, special events, and emergencies.
This position will require long periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and driving. The job will have exposure to all seasons indoors and outdoors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for overall upkeep of the property and exterior image which includes mowing, snow removal, landscape maintenance, trash collection, power washing, tree removal and removal of leaves and debris, etc.
- Ensure grounds are in a safe condition at all times
- Take pride in the presentation of the facility and grounds
- Operate various equipment safely such as lawn mower, power washer, company vehicle, etc.
- Painting inside facility
- Building preventative maintenance tasks
- Cleaning of equipment
- Notify management of need for repairs and may assist in these repairs
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Other projects and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, stand, and sit for long periods of time
- Enjoy working both outdoors and indoors
- Enjoys working independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to safely operate a variety of power equipment
- Ability to follow standard safety practices
- Demonstrate high level of integrity
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
EXPERIENCE / WORK EQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of relatable experience
