Position Summary: Processing Operator is responsible for meeting production throughput goals. Insuring all product checks are performed and documentation is correct. Perform product changeovers and general housekeeping. Assist in oven operations and dumping of product.
Essential Functions and Related Responsibilities:
· Communicate with the departing shift to determine product run order, how the equipment is performing, and any necessary information.
· Visually inspect area for any safety issues or conditions and report to supervisor immediately.
· Communicate with Processing Lead person for product production schedule.
· Review and follow standard line conditions.
· Complete quality specification sheets, rack tags, and batch processing records.
· Follow all product specifications (size, shape, color and amounts to produce).
· Run machine at set production goals ensuring quality is maintained.
· Any nonconforming product found to be contaminated must be recorded and discarded immediately and Quality Control must be notified.
· Practice all safety and GMP policies.
· Report all production and quality paperwork upon completion.
· Assist in product dumping when Processing is not in operation.
· Assist with oven loading and unloading.
· Clean equipment and surrounding area in between products changes and before shift change.

· Must be detailed oriented
· Must be 18 years of Age
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
one to three months related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
