• Assigning jobs: Assigning cleaning jobs to workers based on their skills
• Quality standards: Maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Schedule coordination: Managing daily schedules, including lunches and breaks, and maintaining schedule coordination between workers
• Inventory: Providing an inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring supplies are properly ordered and stocked
• Equipment: Ensuring cleaning equipment functions properly and maintaining supplies and equipment
• Training: Interviewing and training new staff, and training custodial staff to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient cleaning operation
• Compliance: Ensuring environmental procedures are being maintained in accordance with Local, State, Federal and Company requirements
• Quality control: Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets client and state or federal standards
• Administrative tasks: Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including payroll
• Client relations: Answering client questions promptly and solving issues that arise
