PHD Dental Group is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Inglewood, CA

We are a multi-specialty dental practice looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team! We are looking for someone who is professional, well organized, and provides great attention to detail. The potential candidate should possess an enthusiastic, and friendly personality. They should also meet our expectations in providing the best service possible. We are looking for Receptionists for our East LA location.

The core duties would include, but are not limited to:

-Greeting patients

-Answering multiple phone lines

-Registering patients

-Verifying insurance eligibility

-Making confirmation calls

-Completing patient referral forms

-Scheduling patients accordingly

-Scanning documents/forms into computer software

The position does require someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
