Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced Purchasing Associate to join its Administration Team for a Seven (7) Month LTA-Long Term Assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring goods and services to meet our firm's needs and providing key support on multiple projects.
We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree and General Knowledge of IT Products and Services are required
- Two to Four (2-4) years of Purchasing Experience in a Large Professional Service Institution required
- Quick learner with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Superb attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications abilities, and impressive negotiation and customer service skills are critical
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook) is required
- Background in Data Analysis is a plus
