Duties:

- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure a safe environment.
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining social skills and relationships.
- Provide transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities when necessary..

-Other duties as assigned.

Required:

HS Diploma/GED

BLS/CPR certification

AMAP preferred
