Essential Job Functions 

• Mix, cut, and bake biscuits. 

• Restock supplies- biscuit mix, flour, and buttermilk.

• Clean dishes. 

• Clean equipment including ovens.

• Cleans tables used to prepare biscuits.

• Sweep and mop station. 

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 35 lbs. 

• Standing 90% of shift. 

• No sitting. 

The Biscuit Cook Schedule 

• Early hours. 4 AM - 12 or 1 PM
