Job Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Belief that every human being has gifts & potential waiting to be unlocked & discovered – that the world, and humanity, flourishes only when each person’s gifts are revealed, cultivated & celebrated.
- Belief that everything PHASE-Industries does should be designed to help individuals unlock, discover & develop their potential to fully participate in the world around them, including freely & equitable accessing competitive integrated employment.
- Technology skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, etc.) and willingness to learn other software pertinent to the position.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn systems of adaptive communication and assistive technology in areas of software, hardware, and mobility.
- Current, valid driver’s license
- A driving record that demonstrates safe, legal driving habits
- Ability to pass criminal background checks and medical examination requirements.
Preferred:
- Previous experience practicing person-centered techniques with people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.
- Degree in human service field and one-year experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, brain injuries, or other related conditions.
Measurable Performance Benchmarks:
- Program Participant(s) on caseload attain success in employment (vocational), consistent with targets established by the organization, as well as other person centered supports goals (measured by progress toward/accomplishing goals outlined in Employment Plan).
- DSP Team Member communicates fluently with each Program Participant on their caseload using their chosen method of communication (measured through direct observation).
- DSP Team Member establishes strong rapport and trust with each Program Participant on their caseload principles, clear and professional boundaries, and respectful interaction (verbal and non-verbal) (demonstrated and measured through direct observation).
- DSP Team Member positively contributes and interacts within their Teams, as clearly demonstrated through on-going use of effective communication and large-mindedness principles and techniques.
- DSP Team Member learns and uses technology and software appropriately, ethically, effectively and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $16.62 - $17.29 per hour.

- 8 hour shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekends as needed.

- Marshall, MN 56258: Relocate before starting work (Required).
