Job Description :
- As a Support Superhero, your mission is to provide unwavering support and assistance to individuals with diverse abilities.
- You'll be the guiding light in their lives, helping them achieve their goals and live their best lives every day.
Responsibilities :
- Be a friend, mentor, and advocate for our incredible clients.
- Assist with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence.
- Foster connections and help clients engage in social activities.
- Celebrate victories, big and small, as you empower individuals to thrive.
- Provide person-centered, community inclusive support that helps a person develop and maintain essential and personally enriching life experiences.
- Dispense Medication - Certified to pass medications and perform specific medicinal treatments / cares according to individual need.
- Support the daily operations and needs of the program.
- Assist individuals in accessing transportation to meet their needs.
Qualifications :
- A heart full of compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen with empathy.
- Patience, adaptability, and a sense of humor to brighten anyone's day.
- Willingness to learn and attend training to enhance your support superpowers.
- Highschool Diploma.
- Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study.
- A valid driver's license for community outings. ( we supply the vehicle)
Requirements :
- Must possess a valid MN Driver's License with clear driving record.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study.
