Job Summary:
Phase 2 Coaching Alternatives LLC focuses on coaching clients on personal finance, health/ fitness, and mindset. We are seeking to expand our reach in an effort to assist more clients achieve personal growth and success. We are committed to making a positive impact in our communities through outreach initiatives. We are seeking certified life coaches, licensed social workers and personal trainers with dietician background who are empowered by helping those in the community that seek assistance in achieving goals. Currently, we are seeking independent workers who are looking for flexible schedules.

Duties:
- Implement individualized coaching program to assist clients in completing goals through the guidance of the coaching staff/team.
- Conduct data collection and maintain accurate records of client progress through on online data management system.

- Conduct monthly workshops at local organizations regarding services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, special educators, and behavioral health professionals who will facilitate recommended coaching following evaluation.
- Provide direct communication to supervisors and colleagues on cases.
- Work with individuals via online or in person to conduct intake and discovery sessions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in social work, special education, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in data collection techniques and ability to maintain client data.
- Ability to collaborate with co-workers and supervisors on status of cases via email and other computer applications applicable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive as part of the job duties.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental issues

-Proficient in utilizing database and spreadsheet applications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.10 - $21.80 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
