**Job Title:** Lot Manager - Phase 1 Recovery

**Location:** Nebo and Shelby (soon expanding to Asheville and Concord)

**Salary Range:** $11-13 per hour

**Job Description:**

Phase 1 Recovery, a repossession agency, is seeking a dedicated Lot Manager to join our team. The Lot Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization and operations of our vehicle lot(s), ensuring efficient handling of inventory, vehicle preparation, and coordinating with transporters for auction delivery. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records of all vehicles brought into the lot by repo agents. Keep track of vehicle statuses and locations within the lot.

2. **Vehicle Preparation:** Clean out repossessed vehicles and prepare them for transport to auctions. This includes removing personal property, tagging inventory, and writing the last 6 digits of the VIN and bank information on the windshield.

3. **Personal Property Management:** Inventory and tag all personal property found within repossessed vehicles. Ensure proper storage and release of personal belongings in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

4. **Key Management:** Keep track of vehicle keys and handle key requests from repo agents, transporters, and other authorized personnel.

5. **Vehicle Release:** Coordinate with transporters for the timely release of vehicles to auction facilities. Facilitate the release of vehicles for redemptions as necessary.

6. **Lot Expansion Support:** As the company expands to additional locations (Asheville and Concord), be willing to cover duties at these lots if required. Transportation will be provided for travel between lots if needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Clean criminal background check required.

- Clean driving record and approval on our commercial policy.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours as needed.
