Our consultants have the chance to work hands-on with several business divisions to design, develop, test industry-leading solutions for our clients—both nationally and internationally. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker who shares our passion for making people’s lives easier.

Responsibilities:

• Implements systems to improve manufacturing KFAs by building a partnership with floor leadership.
• Automation lead in process equipment packages with local control system.
• Follow up on vendors and technical clarification e.g. interfaces to other systems.
• Ensure installation and testing on site.
• Develop and review interface agreements and ensuring relevant data are transferred to other central IT applications.
• Understanding the API production processes and ensuring uptime and reliability of equipment.
• Own and close corrective actions related to the automation system; this includes Corrective Action & Preventative Action (CAPA) that are generated due to user interventions and non-conformances/events.
• Owns system(s) in the fractionation and purification process and provides expert feedback for change notices, user interventions, and non-conformance investigations.
• Lead/facilitate Kaizen/DDFP activities to identify, correct, and improve manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Enhanced knowledge of PLC systems and industrial communications/interfaces. 
• Specific knowledge about PLC/HMI solutions (preferred Siemens) and interfaces to e.g. Transport control systems and MES system (PAS-X). 
• Preferred knowledge within Weighing systems, Autonomous Mobile Robots and interfaces to SAP EWM. 
• Experience as technical lead on process equipment packages.
